"The syndication consist of a total of 40 shares," said Allred, who purchased Snowbound on June 11 from Robert Pulse of Yakima, Washington. "It's a strong syndicate featuring a lot of California-based horsemen but also a few from out of state. I will retain eight of the shares and each share will consist of three breedings. He will be bred to Quarter Horse mares."

"We have a great group of people involved," added Fred Scane, Allred's breeding manager. "It took only three to four days to put the deal together."
