As if 10 races a day isn't enough, Canterbury Park is cooking up extra food and fun this weekend.

The Canterbury Park Food Truck Festival takes place on Saturday, July 26. Dig into the best Twin Cities mobile eats while experiencing the thrill of live horse racing! Food trucks will begin serving approximately an hour and a half before racing begins, and continue until the races are over!

Participating food trucks: 128 Cafe, Anchor Fish & Chips, Butcher Salt, Cave Cafe, Cora's Best Chicken Wings, Eli's Donut Burgers, Hot Indian Foods, Jake's Street Grille, Kabomelette, Pepper Jax Philly Express, Potters Pasties, Rusty Taco Truck, She Royal, and Turkey To Go.

And after Saturday's races, enjoy David "The Bullet" Smith, Jr., a human cannonball. As seen on America's Got Talent, "The Bullet" will shoot out of a cannon at Canterbury Park. You won't want to miss this daring performance after the final race!

Sunday, July 27, is Mascot Day. The Twin Cities mascots gather at Canterbury Park for a day full of fun! Cheer on your favorite mascot as they battle it out in a foot race on the track, and a dance-off in the Winner's Circle.

Plus, like every Sunday, it's Pepsi Family Day featuring face painting, a petting zoo and pony rides, along with the Old Dutch Kids Race the Track.
