Trainers stuffed the entry box for closing day at Jerome County, with 64 horses entered for eight races on Sunday, June 24. It can't get any better for a track with an eight-horse gate.

Purses total $43,758 for the eight Quarter Horse races, which include the $11,075 Jerome "Tell Him Twice" Derby and the $25,883 Dutch Masters III Futurity.

The DMIII Futurity pits Rnl Need A Move, winner of the Rocky Mountain Spring Classic Quarter Horse Futurity at Pocatello Downs on May 20, against Gem County Futurity winner Alltheshine.

Rnl Need A Move, trained by Ron Moosman and ridden by Uriel Dominguez, is the morning-line favorite at 7-to-5, while Alltheshine is the second-favorite at 9-to-5. Alltheshine is trained by Guy Weeks and will be ridden by Dallas Erickson.
