The TRJ road show heads to Sandy Downs in Idaho Falls, Idaho, on Saturday to visit with Q-Racing Ace Jennifer Perkins and cover the day's AQHA Bank of America trials. Be sure to introduce yourself to Jennifer, who will share tips about betting "the Quarters" and offer free wagering vouchers to the first 100 "students" so they can test their new-found knowledge.

TRJ—The Racing Journal also invites you to stop and say "hello" during our visit on Saturday.

Gates open at 4:30 for an earlier-than-usual 5:30 posttime on both Friday and Saturday. Two of the biggest races of the meet are on the Saturday card. The $44,000 John Deere Sandy Downs Juvenile Challenge for 2-year-olds at 350 yards and the $36,000 Adequan Sandy Downs Derby Challenge for 3-year-olds at 400 yards both feature full fields of 10 qualifiers from trials run June 10 and 11. The winner of each race qualifies for a rich final at Los Alamitos Race Course on October 29.

The track is offering plenty of fun diversions and lots of options for the family. Arrow 107 will be broadcasting live from the track, and live music by Spunk Pharm will provide entertainment in between races both Friday and Saturday. KUPI 99 will be on hand Saturday with their live radio remote. There will also be celebrity handicappers picking the races.

Kids can play in the fun bounce and have their faces painted by the Rigby High School Cheerleaders.

Fans who can't make it to the track are reminded that they can watch and wager at the Turf Club at Fort Hall, or bet and watch Sandy Downs races through live streaming at Idabet.com.
