The Washington Horse Racing Commission (WHRC) drastically cut the number of live race days at Washington's "C" tracks, approving only six days for Sun Downs in Kennewick and no days for the remaining "Blue Mountain Circuit" tracks in Walla Walla, Dayton, and Waitsburg.

Over the last decade, the circuit has grown accustomed to its 19 days of live racing per year. The four tracks handled $751,737in 19 days in 2010.

Sun Downs race dates are April 23, 24, 30, and May 1, 7, 8.
