11th-hour deal saves Breeders' Cup for Montana simulcast centers

The first Breeders' Cup race of 2010 has horses breaking from the gate in about 40 minutes. Instead of handicapping the races, the Montana Board of Horse Racing has kept to their task of securing the Breeders' Cup for Montana simulcast-goers.

Their efforts paid off at approximately 12:30 this afternoon, Montana time.

The word from Montana is "It's a GO, BABY . . . it's a GO."

All Breeders' Cup races will be available at all Montana simulcast outlets, both days of the Breeders' Cup—Friday, November 5, and Saturday, November 6.
