Showdown in store at Laurel Brown on Saturday

The winners of two stakes races on May 22 vie for supremacy on Saturday at Laurel Brown Track in South Jordan, Utah.

Chris Nebeker's Bf Invincible won the $19,767 South Valley/Swett Ranch Futurity by a nose on May 22, covering the 330 yards in :17.021. Later in the day, Joel Adams's Vee Oh Dashin Shot won the $49,672 Beehive Futurity in a romp, winning by 1 lengths in :15.511 for the 300 yards.

The two meet in the fourth race on Saturday (approximate post time: 1:15 p.m.) in the $45,022 Ed Giles Futurity at 350 yards. Bf Invincible, will be ridden by regular rider Brett Anderson for trainer Ron Moosman, while Vee Oh Dashin Shot gets a rider switch from Jose Guzman to Jesus Valenzuela for trainer Rechardo Castillo.
